  • Our friendly customer service team will resolve your queries in a timely and clear manner.

  • When things go wrong, we take our responsibilities seriously and will always aim to resolve your issues promptly.

  • We are always looking for ways to improve our service, so we will periodically ask you for feedback on how we are doing.

We keep you informed:

  • Providing you with a regular monthly view of your utility consumption, in one single bill.

  • To help you keep your utility account on track, we’ll conduct a review of your account and monthly payment amount every quarter. If anything needs to change, we’ll let you know.

  • We will keep you informed of relevant information and changes that may impact you, for example, we will contact you at least 2 weeks before there is a tariff change.

 
 
 

We will do our utmost to deliver on our commitments, but if on occasion you feel we’ve missed the mark, we want to hear from you. We take our responsibilities seriously and will always aim to resolve your issues promptly.
