We are a utilities billing solutions provider, supporting properties across the UK with Net Zero energy management and billing solutions.
We are not a supplier. We are a utilities billing agent – operating on behalf of landlords, for residents. Our mission is to help our communities achieve Net Zero. We do this by working with landlords to procure renewable energy for their communities.
Having procured the energy for landlords, we then bill residents monthly for their energy consumption. Each property is sub-metered, enabling us to measure the energy and water used in each apartment and, in turn, bill each apartment individually for their energy consumption.
Once we’ve received your resident information from your landlord, we will use this information to set up your online account and send you your initial welcome email. This is where you'll receive your unique link to register for your online account.
