And if you have a question? Your personal customer experience guru will be available to help you understand your bill and identify opportunities for you to reduce utility usage and cost. No more anonymous call centres - you will know your guru by name and have the opportunity to meet them face-to-face at regular on-site events.

How does it work?
In the simplest form, we buy the utilities for all apartments in your building.
By buying in bulk, utilising our supplier relationships and our buying power in the market, we can secure you better prices than if you bought utilities for each apartment individually.
Then we use smart meters to obtain automatic meter readings and wrap this up into one monthly bill, ensuring that you only pay for the utilities you’ve used.
Our portal lets you manage your account and set up your payment amounts, helping with your budgeting. Any credit balance built up on your account can be refunded at any point – just let us know. If you don’t ask to be refunded then it doesn’t just sit there - we’ll give you 3% interest per annum.
