I’m moving out, what do I need to do?

Please let us know when you have moved or are moving out.

If you have already moved, please send us a copy of your check out report/final meter reads from the landlord/building manager.

Using the checkout report, we will prepare the final bill using the move-out date and reads. We will validate the reads taken against the remote readings.

If you are in credit after the final bill, you will receive a refund of the balance 5-10 working days after we have issued your final bill. If you are in debit after the final bill, we will notify you of the amount and collect the amount using the payment details that you have provided no earlier than 5-10 working days after notifying you of the amount.

Can I add my housemate or partner’s name to the bill?

To add or change a name on the bill, please contact us. To add an additional name, we will need email confirmation from the individual to authorise the change. If your name is added to a bill, you also become responsible for payments on the account.

Can I change my tariff or supplier?

Unlike domestic energy suppliers that you will find on sites like Uswitch, we recharge energy and water for landlords.

Each property is sub-metered, enabling us to measure the energy and water used in each property and recharge for each individual property.

We source energy and water on the wholesale market for the whole site, using our market-leading trading expertise and relationships with energy suppliers. Because of this and the economies of scale that we get from buying energy for the entire building, we offer rates better than you could find directly yourself.

To ensure you get an unbeatable deal, we benchmark our tariff when it is set against the equivalent best fixed tariffs from every energy supplier that has 1% of the UK gas or electricity market (currently the ‘Big 6’ plus Bulb, Ovo, Green Star, Utilita, Utility Warehouse, Co-op Energy and Shell Energy). We set our tariff at or below the best fixed tariff from these suppliers. The “Big Six” are British/Scottish Gas, EDF, EON, Npower, Scottish Power and SSE.

Do I get any other benefits?

Dedicated account manager to look after your account including on-site visits. We apply a 3% interest reward on credit balances.
